On March 18,
2008, the court hearing was suspended and both sides agreed to
meet with a facilitator, George Roumell, in an attempt to get an expedited
settlement. The judge has allowed 90 days for this process and has set
June
17, 2008 as the next court date if no settlement is reached.
We all owe a thank you

We've received emails asking
if this lawsuit was relevant to both pre 1995 and post 1995 retirees and
the answer is YES. We've all been effected by the changes in our
healthcare insurance and we are all part of this class action lawsuit.
The Summary
Judgement ruling was issued by Judge Torres and we received a copy
on Friday, March 14, 2008.
