Lawsuit Heard by Judge
MacDonald:
The lawsuit heard
by Judge MacDonald regarding over payment of premiums for Delta Dental
and U S Health for an 8 month period from July 2005 to February 2006
has been settled and some our members will be receiving refunds. Refund
amounts will very, the average will be around $100.
This lawsuit is not connected
to the lawsuit being heard in Judge Torres Court.
Association Office Medical Equipment:
Our medical equipment
has been depleted and there is a need for wheelchairs and walkers with
wheels.
We ask that if you have borrowed
any of our medical equipment and have no further need for the items, please
return them to the office.
